This occupied renovation includes complete interior upgrades of the existing 7-story, 109 unit assisted living tower, construction of new parking structure with elevator serving all existing floors, renovation of existing skilled nursing facility, and site upgrades throughout. All unit interiors will be fully rehabbed with conversion of two floors from assisted living to memory care and installation of showers in all remaining assisted living units.
